Diwali 2025: The festival of lights, celebrated with grandeur across India, is one of the most significant occasions in Hindu tradition. As per Drik Panchang, Kartik Amavasya begins on October 20 at 3:45 PM and ends on October 21 at 5:55 PM. Since Diwali rituals are performed during the Nishita Kaal, Diwali will be celebrated on October 20, 2025.
